摘 要: 在直播平台服务的实践应用中,用户直播平台服务的性能的满意度反馈,可以帮助平台自身提高感知服务质量,进一步满足用户的需求,并为直播平台提供更加广阔的发展思路和方向,以助于制定相应的运营发展战略。在理论上关于传统营销领域的用户满意度已经有很多研究,但近年来随着直播平台的迅速发展迅速,在此关于直播平台用户满意度的研究文献还很少。因此,本文在现有研究用户满意度研究成果的基础上,同时结合传播学和心理学等相关领域的内容,进行了影响直播平台用户满意度的因素分析。通过统计分析发现内容质量,感知服务质量,感知娱乐性,感知社会价值等对于用户满意度的影响非常显著。通过实证分析,本文研究影响用户满意度的具体因素,从而帮助直播平台提高自身的服务水平,以便更深入地了解哪些操作和开发运营是适宜用户且被重点关注的部分。

Analysis of User Satisfaction Based on Direct Broadcast Platform
Abstract::In the practical application of live broadcast platform service, the satisfaction feedback of user live broadcast platform service performance can help the platform itself to improve the perceived service quality, and further meet the needs of users. And provide a broader development idea and direction for direct broadcast platform, in order to help formulate the corresponding operation development strategy. In theory, there have been a lot of researches on user satisfaction in traditional marketing field. However, with the rapid development of live broadcast platform in recent years, there is little research literature on user satisfaction in live broadcast platform. Therefore, this paper is based on the existing research results of user satisfaction, combined with communication and psychology and other related. Through the statistical analysis, we found that the content quality, the perceived service quality, the perceived entertainment and the perceived social value have a very significant impact on the user satisfaction through statistical analysis. Through the empirical analysis, this paper studies the specific factors affecting the satisfaction of the users, thus helping the direct seeding of live broadcasting. To improve their own service level and to know more about operations and development operations, Taiwan is a user friendly and focused part.
