转小粒野生稻基因组DNA水稻的光合性状研究(毕业论文9670字)
摘要:通过“穗颈注射法”,将远缘物种小粒野生稻(Oryza minuta)的基因组DNA导入杂交水稻亲本V20B中,培育出转基因水稻新种质野威B。与亲本V20B相比,野威B的株型较松散,茎较细小,其倒1、倒2和倒3叶的叶面积均显著小于亲本的。从始穗期(Ⅰ期)、齐穗期(Ⅱ期)到乳熟期(Ⅲ期)再到黄熟期(Ⅳ期)和腊熟期(Ⅴ期),野威B和V20B的叶绿素含量逐渐降低,两者之间差异未达到显著水平,但野威B的倒1、倒2和倒3叶片的光合速率均极显著高于亲本V20B的光合速率。

Studies on the Photosynthetic Characteristics of Rice Plants Transformed with Oryza minuta Genomic DNA
Abstract: A new rice germplasm Yewei B was bred through transformed with genomic DNA of the distantly related species Oryza minuta into hybrid rice parent V20B by earstem injecting. Compared with V20B, Yewei B has loose plant type, small and thin stem. The leaf area of the top1st, top 2 nd and top 3rd leaf is significantly smaller than that of V20B respectively. The content of chlorophyll of Yewei B and V20B is decreased gradually from initial heading stage to heading stage, milk ripening stage, wax ripening stage and yellow ripening stage, and there is no significant difference between these two varieties. However the photosynthetic rate of the top1st, top 2nd and top 3rd leaf in Yewei B is significantly higher than that of V20B at 0.01 level respectively.
