利用油茶籽壳制备羧甲基纤维素钠的技术研究(10000字)
摘 要:羧甲基纤维素,简称CMC,它是一种高聚合纤维素醚。通常以钠盐的形式存在,又称为羧甲基纤维素钠,简称CMC-Na。本试验以红花茶籽壳为原料,在pH值为11和35℃下用双氧水脱色2.0h,脱色后的红花茶籽壳纤维素的白度为61.89。脱色后的红花茶籽壳纤维素制取羧甲基纤维素钠的最佳工艺条件为:称取10.0g红花茶籽壳纤维素,加入60ml85%乙醇溶液和30ml50%NaoH溶液。温度为35℃,碱化120min。继续加入40ml85%乙醇,12g氯乙酸,升温至65℃,反应80min。
Abstract: Carboxymethyl cellulose, called CMC, it is a high polymer cellulose ether. Usually in the form of sodium salt, also known as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, referred to as CMC-Na. In this experiment, safflower tea seed shells as raw material, pH 11 and 35 ℃ for bleaching with hydrogen peroxide 2.0h, saffron tea seed shell after bleaching of cellulose, the whiteness was 61.89. The saffron tea seed shells bleached cellulose sodium carboxymethyl cellulose obtained optimum conditions: Weigh 10.0g safflower tea seed shell of cellulose, adding 60ml85% ethanol solution and 30ml50% NaoH solution. Temperature is 35 ℃, alkalization 120min. Continue adding 40ml85% ethanol, 12g acid, heating to 65 ℃, reaction 80min.
