摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对畜牧产品的需求越来越大。为提高畜禽养殖的经济效益,很多畜牧场改变传统养殖方式,增加养殖规模。传统畜牧场多采用还田模式来处置养殖废水,但是随着养殖规模的扩大,传统废水处置方式给土壤、大气、水源和人体带来了巨大负面影响。改进传统污水处置方式迫在眉睫。
活性污泥法中的SBR工艺处理技术凭借其污泥活性强、工艺适应性强、操作简单、投资费用较低等优点成为优先选择的工艺之一。传统SBR反应器中生物量不足、容积负荷低,不适用于高浓度有机废水的处理。因此,我们在SBR反应器中加入MBBR填料,来显著提高生物量,提高SBR池的容积负荷,以解决传统SBR工艺的不足。
本文通过对SBR、MBBR技术的基本原理、特点、研究及应用情况、设计方法及存在问题等方面的文献搜集与整理,以生猪养殖废水为处理对象,根据给定的原水水质和出水要求,对集水池、沉淀池、调节池、SBR池等污水处理构筑物进行了计算,对污水泵、罗茨风机、潜水搅拌机、MBBR填料等污水处理设备进行了计算与选型,并绘制了相关图纸。 [资料来源:www.doc163.com]

SBR MBBR treatment process design of 50m3/d pig breeding wastewate
Abstract
With the development of economy and the improvement of peopleundefineds living standard, the demand for animal husbandry products is increasing. In order to improve the economic benefit of livestock and poultry breeding, many livestock farms change the traditional breeding methods and increase the scale of livestock farming. Most of the traditional livestock farms use the mode of returning to the field to treat aquaculture wastewater, but with the expansion of aquaculture scale, the traditional wastewater disposal method has brought great negative effects on soil, atmosphere, water source and human body. It is urgent to improve the traditional sewage treatment method.
The SBR process treatment technology in activated sludge process has become one of the preferred processes because of its strong sludge activity, strong process adaptability, simple operation and low investment cost. The traditional SBR reactor is not suitable for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater because of its insufficient biomass and low volume load. Therefore, we add MBBR packing to the SBR reactor to significantly increase the biomass and increase the volume load of the SBR tank in order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional SBR process. In this paper, the basic principle, characteristics, research and application of SBR,MBBR technology, design method and existing problems are collected and sorted out, and the pig breeding wastewater is taken as the treatment object, according to the given raw water quality and effluent requirements. The sewage treatment structures such as collecting tank, sedimentation tank, regulating tank and SBR tank are calculated, and the sewage treatment equipment such as sewage pump, Roots fan, submersible mixer and MBBR packing are calculated and selected, and the related drawings are drawn.
