摘 要
氯乙酰聚苯乙烯(PS-acyl-Cl)和氯甲基聚苯乙烯(PS-CH2-Cl)同具有共轭稳定的氯甲基基团,可进行众多亲核取代反应。但前者因-羰基的插入,更具有:1、亲电性强,有利与亲核试剂反应;2、胺化产物的-羰基与胺基可构成O-C-C-N四元素螯合配体;3、避免了强致癌性的氯甲基化试剂氯甲醚的使用,安全、环保。本文以葡甲胺(MG)衍生化为例,研究了其性能。结果表明,由于-羰基的插入,所获得的酰乙基葡甲胺树脂(PS-acyl-MG)较之氯甲基葡甲胺树脂(硼特效树脂,PS-CH2-MG):反应时间短,反应温度低,MG和溶剂(DMF)用量少,Cl的转化率高;并且PS-acyl-MG同时含有的酰乙基胺和邻羟基基团,可协同或促进吸硼作用。
本文考察了PS-acyl-MG树脂对硼的静态吸附性能,如溶液初始浓度、吸附时间和温度对吸附硼的影响。结果表明:该树脂对硼的吸附过程在实验浓度范围内符合Langmuir 和Freundlich 方程,最大吸附量为28mg/g干树脂;动力学研究表明,吸附过程为液膜扩散控制过程;温度对树脂吸附影响不大,可选择室温条件下进行。

ABSTRACT
Chloroacetyl polystyrene (PS-acyl-Cl) and chloromethyl polystyrene (PS-CH2-Cl) having a stable conjugate chloromethyl group can proceed numberous nucleophilic substitution reactions. The former have more features due to the insertion of a -carbonyl group: 1, strongger electron affinity conducive to the attack of nucleophilic reagent; 2, -carbonyl and -amine of the aminate can form chelating ligand (O-C-C-N); 3, it avoids using the hard carcinogenic chloromethylation reagent(chloromethyl ether), safe and environmentally friendly. This paper with meglumine (MG) as an example, the amination performance of PS-acyl-Cl is studied. The results show that the reaction of PS-acyl-Cl and MG needs lower temperature, shorter time, less dosage of meglumine and DMF than PS-CH2-Cl. -acetyl-amine and orth-dihydroxy had synergy adsorption of boron.
In this paper, Absorption performance of PS-acyl-MG was researched. The factors to influence adsorption process, such as initial concentration, adsorption time ,temperature and mechanism of adsorption were also investigated. The experimental results show that the adso rption isotherms approximately fit the Langmuir and Freundlich equation within the range of experimental condition. The maximum adsorption capacity for boron was 28mg/g. The kinetics studies have shown that the dominant procedure of the adsorption is liquid film diffusion-controlled mechanism and the effect of temperature on resin adsorption was little.
