山梨醇选择性加氢制备1,3-丙二醇研究(任务书,开题报告,论文9000字)
摘 要
本课题以山梨醇为原料,使用Pt/Al2O3催化剂进行氢解反应制备1,3-丙二醇和甘油。采用高压反应釜进行反应,通过单因素法探索最佳反应条件,包括反应温度、氢气压力和转速等。结果表明:当温度为195 ℃,氢气压力为3 MPa,转速为550 r/min时,反应效果最佳。此时山梨醇的转化率可达95.35 %,甘油和1,3-丙二醇选择性分别达到29.95 %和10.85 %。产物中1,3-丙二醇含量为14.64 g/L,甘油含量为48.92 g/L。

Selective Hydrogenation of Sorbitol to 1,3-Propanediol
Abstract
Sorbitol was used as raw material and Pt/Al2O3 as catalyst for hydrogenolysis reaction to produce 1,3-propanediol and glycerinum. The reaction was conducted in a high-pressure reactor and the reaction conditions were explored by a single factor method, including reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure and rotation speed. The product composition were analyzed with LC, and the hydrogenolysis reaction was comprehensively evaluated by reactant conversion and product selectivity of the reaction. The results showed that when the temperature was 195 ℃, the hydrogen pressure was 3 MPa, and the rotation speed was 550 r/min, the best results were obtained. The conversion of sorbitol reached up to 95.35 %, the selectivity of glycerol and 1,3-propanediol reach 29.95 % and 10.85 % respectively.The content of 1,3-propanediol in the product solution was 14.64 g/L and glycerinum was 48.92 g/L.
