摘 要:本毕业设计是对侧弯支座的工艺进行整体分析,在这个基础上设计出一副能生产出合格产品的级进模。此级进模工艺主要有冲孔、切舌、弯曲;模具设计主要包括排样设计、凸凹模刃口尺寸的设计计算、冲压力的计算及模具压力中心的确定、模具非标准件的设计计算、压力机的选择及其校核。

Design of the Multi-position Progressive Die for Side Bend Support
Abstract:The graducation project attempts to analyze the side bend support craft,on the basis of analysis,design a progressive die to produce qualified manufacture.The progressive die including Punch holes,cuts the tongue,curving convex can be designed.The design mainly includes the row of type design,the convex-concave mold cutting edge size design calcuation,the ramming strength and the mold center of pressure,determination,the mold non-standard letter calculation,the press choice and the examination.
