摘  要：本设计是柴油机提供动力，免维护蓄电池做电源，结合合理的机械结构设计和电路设计，半自动控制来实现运动。开篇分析了城市栅栏清洗机的几种洗刷方法， 通过对其机构与原理的比较选定方案。对清洗机进行设计，为了实现污水的循环再利用，使用了水自动回收—过滤装置，为了实现对水位的监测，以实现对泵的保 护，运用了水位自动报警仪，同时运用力学，机械原理等有关知识对某些重要零件做了准确的强度校核及设计整个机械手实现其运动的机构与零件各部分。

The Design of Road Guardrail Cleaner
Abstract: This design is combine with the reasonable mechanical structural design, circuit design and semi-automation control to realize the function of motion, which is provide the power by diesel engine and provide power supply by storage battery. In the first of the article, several kinds of method to wash the fence in the city. It helps to make scheme by the comparison between the structure and the principle. For the design of the washing machine, the recycling- filtration device is used to reuse the sewage. Water level automatic alarm id used to monitor the water level so that the pump can be protected，at the same time, by the application of mechanics and mechanical theory, some important machine parts is being checked precisely of its strength, the structure of the motion and the machine parts of manipulator is designed.
