ABSTRACT
This paper presents a new type of directionaI solidification equipment，which can implement superalloy smelting．high rate solidification(HRS)and Liquid etaI cooling(LMC) directionaI solidification process．Moreover，the furnace structure。withdrawing systems，mould heating systems，liquid metaI cooling system and baffle of this equipment．
