摘 要
为对变速箱壳体端面铣削加工,我们进行此次专用夹具设计。变速箱零件为铸件,零件形状复杂,在定位时,选一面两销的定位方式定位,并以操作简单的手动夹紧方式夹紧,其机构设计简单,方便且能满足要求。

Design of Clamping Device for The Gearbox Shell Face Milling
Abstract: This design is about the shell of the gearbox face milling clamp design.The parts is casting ,and it have complex shape.When processesing,we need take it in right position,so we chooses locate mode which two sells at the same time, and operates the simple manual clamp way clamp, its organization design is simple, the convenience also can satisfy the request.
