摘 要
当今社会,各个国家都开始发展国家软实力,文化产业在商品市场逐渐繁荣的情况下应运而生。像美国这样的文化大国,文化产业带动了第三产业链极大地促进了经济体系的繁荣昌盛。从20世纪初文化产业产生以来,文化消费市场开始逐渐增大,文化经纪人在文化产业中开始了活跃的行动,他们加速了文化市场的发展,将不同的市场逐步整合成一个完整的产业链。而我国的文化产业还处于发展中状态,但是国民的精神需求日益丰富,我国上下五千年的文明积累,有着巨大的未开发的文化,而这些潜藏的价值正需要文化经纪人去将其转化为显性的财富。只有不断地开发取文化之精华去其糟粕,并不断借鉴境外之经验才能大力发展文化强国。论文深入研究了文化经纪人在文化产业发展中的作用,指出了目前我国文化市场与文化经纪人的一系列问题,并据此探讨今后文化产业发展的道路。

Abstract
In today's society, various countries have started to develop the country's soft power, emerge as the times require cultural industries in the commodity market is gradually booming situation. Like USA this country of culture, cultural industries of third industry chain greatly promoted the economy thriving and prosperous. Since early twentieth Century the emergence of cultural industry, cultural consumption market is gradually increased, the cultural brokers began active action in the cultural industries, they accelerate the development of cultural market, the different market gradually integrated into a complete industry chain. China's cultural industry is still in development, but the demand of the national spirit has become increasingly rich, China's 5000 years of civilization accumulation, have great untapped culture, and the potential value is in need of cultural broker to convert it into a dominant wealth. Only the continuous development of taking the essence of culture to go to its dregs, and continue to learn from foreign experience to develop the cultural power. This dissertation focuses on the study of cultural broker role in the development of cultural industry, the paper points out that the current cultural market and agent, a series of problems, and discusses the future development of cultural industries.
