摘 要
影响区域特色文化产业集聚有很多因素，政府扶持和当地特色文化传承决定一个地区的文化产业发展。加大政府对区域特色文化发展的扶持力度，出台一些有关的优惠政策，有力的引导传统文化走向，才能使区域特色文化加速的发展。而一个地区的特色文化产业的传承取决于当地的生产方式和社会生活方式，优化产业结构要从该地区的历史传统文化角度出发，传统文化不仅需要传承更需要发展，“取其精华去其糟粕”才能让区域特色文化不被岁月的洪流淹没，合理优化一个地区的文化产业结构能使该区域的特色文化产业有效的传承下去。提高区域特色文化产业的竞争力优化资源结构，只有提高产品供应，服务能力和综合经济实力才能增强该区域特色文化产业的竞争力。区域特色文化产业有效的发展传承下去才不会被当前一体化的社会洪潮淹没。
