自驾游目前已经成为社会各领域休闲娱乐的主要形式，对自驾游的服务体系进行完善，是保证自驾游活动得到更高质量服务支持的关键。本文首先针对自驾游活动的特点，对自驾游服务体系的基础性理论进行了研究分析，并对国内外理论研究的现状进行了分析。从自驾游服务体系的基础特点出发，对自驾游服务体系的概念和基础性理论进行了总结分析，并从服务质量理论、公共产品理论和公共选择理论等方面，对自驾游活动进行了理论基础的总结。此外，还针对自驾游活动的特点，对自驾游服务体系的建设目标进行了总结，为高效化个性化自驾游服务体系的建设创造了有利的基础条件。针对自驾游服务体系的原则特点，对市场需求因素和经济效益因素进行了全面的总结，使得自驾游服务体系的优化可以在原则性因素的支持下得到必要的优化处置。结合自驾游服务体系的内容，从多个方面，对自驾游服务体系建设存在的不足进行了研究，以长沙市为例，从服务体系建设意识和规划设计质量等多个方面，对自驾游服务体系建设工作存在的不足进行了总结分析，并从提高认识和建立资金保障机制等方面，制定了与自驾游相关的服务机制优化措施，针对具体存在的问题执行了工作的优化处理策略，对有效地提升自驾游服务体系的综合性建设质量，具有十分积极的意义。 [版权所有：http://DOC163.com]

ABSTRACT
Self-driving travel has become the main form of leisure and entertainment in various fields of society. To perfect the service system of self-driving travel is the key to ensure that self-driving travel activities get higher quality service support. First of all, according to the characteristics of self-driving travel activities, this paper aims at the characteristics of self-driving travel activities. The basic theory of self-driving tour service system is studied and analyzed, and the present situation of domestic and foreign theoretical research is analyzed.also starts from the basic characteristics of self-driving tour service system. summarizes and analyzes the concept and basic theory of self-driving tour service system, and makes a general analysis of the theoretical basis of self-driving tour from the aspects of service quality theory, public product theory and public choice theory. In addition, according to the characteristics of self-driving travel activities, summarizes the construction objectives of the self-driving travel service system. Talso summarizes the factors of market demand and economic benefit according to the principle characteristics of self-driving tour service system. So that the optimization of the self-driving travel service system can get the necessary optimization treatment under the support of the principle factors. , combined with the content of the self-driving tour service system, studies the shortcomings of the self-driving tour service system construction from many aspects. Taking Changsha City as an example, from the perspective of service system construction consciousness and This paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of the construction of the self-driving tour service system in many aspects, such as the quality of the planning and design, and carries out the optimized handling strategy of the work in view of the specific problems.
