内容摘要:随着第三产业的高速发展,身为其支柱的旅游业对国民经济的贡献不断增大。然而旅游业人才的频繁流动问题却日益凸显,不仅造成了旅游企业技能和经验的流失,而且直接威胁到企业的生存与发展。在我国加入WTO后,旅游业市场更为开放,国际竞争国内化趋势与跨国企业人才本土化战略的进一步推进将促使旅游人才的争夺战愈演愈烈。我们越来越认识到人才是旅游企业寻求发展必备的首要资源。因此,如何更好地留住人才成为旅游企业迫切需要解决的问题。在此我将对旅游企业人才流动问题进行探讨希望对挽留人才推动旅游企业良性发展带来积极启示。

Discussion on the problem of talent flow in tourism enterprises
Abstract: With the rapid development of the third industry, as the pillar of the tourism industry to the national economy's contribution to the growing. However, the frequent flow of tourism talents has become increasingly prominent, not only caused the loss of skills and experience of the tourism enterprises, but also directly threaten the survival and development of enterprises. We are more and more recognized that the talent is the first resource for tourism enterprises to seek development. Therefore, how to better retain talent has become an urgent need to solve the problem of tourism enterprises.
