某家具企业内部物流设施的布局改善
摘 要
家具企业内部物流设施改善主要是针对生产流程与物流设施之间的配合关系进行的优化与改善,目前国内外针对此问题的解决方案则偏向于从物流设施方面进行改善,未能从宏观的角度从整体性上改善。
本论文针对目前家具企业内部物流设施改善的研究状况,特提出一种以工业工程技术、人因工程、质量分析技术、计算机科学、现代物流方法等技术为基础的联系的整体性的改善方案。
本文的主体部分运用设施规划和物流分析中的SLP原理,对该家具企业内部物流设施的布局进行了重新现划和设计,使企业内部车间做到了物流顺畅、运输路线最短、缩短生产周期和降低生产成本。考虑到各个部门之间的关联性,综合考虑了管理制度的重建,采购管理的提升,库存管理的有效化,生产管理的优化,信息管理建设与改进上来改善家具企业的内部物流状况,这也正是本论文所研究的关键与意义之所在。
