浅析家族企业人力资源管理存在的问题及其对策(以江苏中润石油化工有限公司为例)(18900字)
摘  要： 本文以人力资源管理研究为背景，借鉴国内外人力资源管理的现代理论和实践经验，从理论层面，并且结合在公司实习具体情况，以江苏中润石油化工有限公司为例，分析了我国家族企业的发展状况和家族企业在人力资源管理方面的特点以及存在的问题和原因，并针对这些问题及原因提出了我国家族企业人力资源管理的相应建议与措施。
