摘  要：企业社会责任信息披露作为促进企业社会责任发展的一种手段正越来越受到国际、国内的重视。本文首先对企业社会责任信息披露制度的相关词进行了界定，然后阐述了企业社会责任信息披露制度的现状，找出企业在社会责任信息披露方面存在的主要问题及原因，并在此基础上提出了完善企业社会责任信息披露制度的建议。

Study on the Information Disclosure System of the Corporate Social Responsibility
Abstract：As a kind of means of promoting the development of corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility information disclosure is paid more and more attentions at home and abroad. In this paper, related words of the corporate social responsibility information disclosure system is firstly defined, and then describes the present situation of the corporate social responsibility information disclosure system, want to find out corporate in social responsibility disclosure aspects in the existing problems and reasons description. Based on this, the paper puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the social responsibility of the enterprise information disclosure system.
