摘 要： 随着我国房地产行业市场化进程的不断深入，拥有一支高素质、高效率的工作团队已成为房地产企业决胜市场的关键。而现阶段房地产企业的人员流失问题非常严重，如何解决这个问题成为长期困扰企业管理者的难题。本文以湖南湘雅百合置业有限公司为例，针对其目前的薪酬体系所存在的弊端与问题，根据企业中各个不同的岗位，制定了公司新的薪酬体系设计方案。
