统计数据显示,中国培训业规模正以每年30%的速度递增,2002年中国培训业收入达到2000亿元。据中欧国际工商管理学院的专家分析:目前中国董事长、高层经理培训的市场价值为2.5亿美元,并且还在不断增长,到了2006年,这个市场的价值已达到40亿美元并且会越来越大,40亿美元的“蛋糕”——诱惑着国内外的玩家们。
虽然前景喜人,但另一面也不容忽视:我国的高管培训市场尚处于起步阶段,鱼龙混杂,竞争无序,距离规范化的产业市场还有很大距离。这主要体现在:培训机构良莠不齐;师资匮乏;课程僵化;品牌弱势。
本文基于对于国内外一些著名的企业管理培训公司盈利模式的研究,结合中国培训行业的现状,在理论的基础上,探讨企业管理培训行业的盈利模式。

Statistics show that Chinese training industry scale is increasing at an annual rate of 30%, in 2002 the Chinese training industry revenue reached 200 billion yuan. According to the China Europe international business school of management expert analysis: the current market value of $250 million of China's top manager training, and it also continues to grow, to 2006, the market value of $4 billion and will be more and more big, $4 billion of "cake" - tempted players at home and abroad.

Although a rosy outlook, but the other side also nots allow to ignore: executive education market in our country is still in its infancy, good and evil people mixed up, competition, the distance the standardized industry still has a long way to market. This is mainly embodied in: the good and bad are intermingled of training institutions; Lack of teachers; Rigid course; A weak brand.
In this paper, based on some famous companies at home and abroad for management training company profit model, combined with the present situation of the training industry in China, on the basis of the theory, discusses the profit pattern of enterprise management training industry.
