摘 要
近年来,由于当前社会环境的变化,市场的激烈竞争,导致共享单车不能及时有效的进行管理,乱停乱放的现象随处可见,共享单车的损坏严重,甚至部分单车企业面临倒闭,造成用户的押金无法退回,利益受到损害,对共享单车行业造成极大地冲击。
本文基于消费者信任,对共享单车运营策略展开了研究,主要内容包括了如下的几个方面:
第一章主要介绍了本文的研究背景及意义、研究内容及方法,阐述了国内外研究现状;
第二章介绍了消费者信任、共享经济等相关概念,分析了共享经济与共享单车的关系;
第三章介绍了共享单车的起源与发展,阐述了目前共享单车运营发展中存在的问题;
第四章对共享单车运营模式进行分析。首先介绍我国目前共享单车行业运营模式的分类,进而对运营模式进行SWOT分析,最后进行总结;
第五章对消费者进行问卷调查,并根据回收得到的调查问卷数据进行统计分析,明确了共享单车运营过程中市场运营秩序有待规范、行业优势有待凸显、管理水平有待提高、信任危机问题等问题有待改善;

Based on consumer trust, this paper studies the shared bicycle operation strategy. The main contents include the following aspects:
