摘要:随着我国房地产业的兴起,随之而来的物业管理业也逐渐走向成熟。物业管理,作为一种服务行业,时刻关注与之联系小区的生活质量、环境整洁、健康安全、生活便利等。但随着我国时代的发展,生活质量水平的提高,仍然存在许多早期老旧的住宅小区。这些小区无论在人口老龄化程度、财务安全、还是生活质量上,硬件或者软件上,同新小区还是有很大差距的,笔者通过查阅有关资料、调差走访对于上海老旧小区的物业管理的现状进行分析,并作出解决对策。

Abstract: with the rise of China's real estate industry, accompanied by the property management industry is also increasingly mature.
