湖北省先进制造业与现代服务业的融合发展对策研究(开题报告,论文14000字)
摘 要
工业4.0时代最显著的特征是互联网通信技术的变革与发展，随着相关科研成果在经济发展中的运用，不同产业之间的关联性不断加强，融合度不断提升。由原来的第一产业与第二产业之间的交互作用到第二产业与第三产业的互相影响，以及各个产业内部不同行业的深入发展，使得有别于传统产业特征的先进制造业和现代服务业诞生，并促进了两者之间的交融。为了结合所学理论与实践，深化对两业融合的认识，发挥理论对实践的指导作用，本文通过文献研究法和案例研究法，对湖北省的先进制造业与现代服务业间的融合发展情况及其问题进行研究。结果发现：迄今为止，湖北省已连续3年在生物医药、软件等领域评选示范企业，共有59家企业(项目、平台)入选，在供应链管理、产品全生命周期管理和信息增值服务方面取得了优异成绩。但由于当地现代服务业的发展较制造业历史短，经验不足，尚未形成和先进制造业同等的规模，因此两业融合发展互动机制尚未形成。具体表现为：先进制造业对现代服务业的需求不强，现代服务业对先进制造业的拉动力弱。笔者针对该省两业融合发展现状进行问题分析，最终发现该省服务型生产企业融资难、税务压力大、发展空间受限、面临市场壁垒等问题严重，而复合型人才的短缺也构成两业深入融合的障碍。因此，本文根据当地发展条件与需求，试从政府、企业、学校等多方面提出了相应对策。 [来源：http://www.doc163.com]

Abstract
The most remarkable feature of the industry 4.0 era is the transformation and development of Internet communication technology. With the application of relevant scientific research results in economic development, the relevance between different industries is constantly strengthened and the degree of integration is constantly improved. In order to combine the theory and practice, deepen the understanding of the integration of the two industries, and give full play to the guiding role of the theory in practice, this paper studies the integration development and problems between the advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry in Hubei Province through literature research and case study. The results show that up to now, Hubei Province has selected demonstration enterprises in biomedicine, software and other fields for three consecutive years, and 59 enterprises (projects, platforms) have been selected. They have made outstanding achievements in supply chain management, product life cycle management and information value-added services. However, because the development of local modern service industry is shorter than that of manufacturing industry and has less experience, it has not formed the same scale as advanced manufacturing industry, so the interaction mechanism of integration development of the two industries has not yet formed. The specific performance is: the demand of advanced manufacturing industry for modern service industry is not strong, and the pulling force of modern service industry for advanced manufacturing industry is weak. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration of the two industries in the province, the author finally finds that the service-oriented production enterprises in the province are facing serious problems such as financing difficulties, tax pressure, limited development space and market barriers, and the shortage of composite talents also constitutes an obstacle to the in-depth integration of the two industries. Therefore, according to the local development conditions and needs, this paper tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the government, enterprises, schools and other aspects.
