中小企业的融资效率分析-以制造业为例(论文8600字)
摘  要
我国的经济发展轨迹表明，中小企业是国民经济发展的重要力量，在众多方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而，企业的发展离不开资金的支持，中小企业因为种种原因面临着严重的融资困难问题，这是当前制约中小企业的稳定发展的关键。而融资效率低下正是其中的重要表现之一。
本文主要以制造型中小企业为例，运用DEA模型进行企业的融资效率分析。本文首先明确了“中小企业”及“融资效率”的有关概念，概况了当前中小企业的融资现状；随后以在深证证券交易所制造行业上市的30家企业为样本，结合所学选取了资产总额、资产负债率及经营成本为投入指标，净资产收益率、总资产周转率及流动比率为产出指标，分析样本2011-2013年的年报数据，从而得出结论并给出相关建议。

Abstract
  It is proved by the Chinese economic development in the past few years that small and middle-sized enterprises are playing more and more important role in a lot of respects.Therefore,the development of small and middle-sized enterprises has become an austere issue because of the lack of investment.And financing efficiency which is very low is one of the most important performance.   Based on manufacturing industry ,this article use DEA model to analyze the financing efficiency of small and middle-sized enterprises.Firstly,this article describes the concept of small and middle-sized enterprises and financing efficiency.Secondly, use the DEA model to analyze and compare the financing efficiency in manufacturing industry. The article take the data of the annual report as analysis objects. The main points are analysis of the financing efficiency from 2011to 2013, and make the conclusions and recommendations.
