IP运营与泛娱乐产业链控制策略研究—以阅文集团为例(任务书,开题报告,论文16000字)
摘要
近年来IP泛娱乐产业成为文化产业开发重点，多元开发所带来的巨大收益让很多企业进入IP市场中，行业快速发展壮大。然而以“粉丝经济”为核心的中国IP开发模式，虽然具有较高的粉丝付费率，但是目前优质内容缺乏、IP变现时间长变现能力弱、IP改编成功率低、IP版权虚高增大入行风险等行业痛点亟待解决。
本文采用文献分析法、案例分析法、价值指数计算法，以拥有海量原生IP的阅文集团为例，研究企业现状、行业现状以及产业链现状，提出了IP综合运营模式、IP评估机制解决行业痛点。首次从产业链角度出发，创新性提出产业链协同、产业链布局等策略以帮助行业快速健康发展。

Abstract
As a new form of "Internet+ cultural entertainment "," Pan entertainment "became the focus of cultural industry development. The huge profits brought by the diversified development has allowed many enterprises to enter the IP market, and the industry has grown rapidly. However, with the "fan economy" as the core of the Chinese IP development model, although it has a high rate of fan pay, but the lack of high quality content, the weak IP cash in time, the low success rate of IP adaptation, the high risk of IP copyright deficiency and increase in the risk of entering the industry need to be solved.

In this paper, literature analysis, case analysis and value index calculation are used to study the status of enterprises, industry status and industrial chain status with the example of China Literature. The IP comprehensive operation mode and IP evaluation mechanism are proposed to solve the industry pain points. For the first time, from the perspective of industrial chain, the strategy of industrial chain collaboration and industrial chain layout is innovatively proposed to help the industry develop rapidly and healthfully.
