Abstract: Companies worked out the correct development strategy,It means that they are clearly in the correct direction of development.Companies correctly implemented the correct development strategy,It means that they may constantly gain a competitive advantage and driving force for development.On the basis of the depth understanding about HuaShen Company’s development,this paper used the analyzing tools such as SWOT.The paper also analyzed its internal and external environment,to clear HuaShen Company own development advantages and disadvantages,and to find out how HuaShen Company face the opportunities and challenges.Enterprises selected for the implementation of the strategy of market penetration near date and select the product development strategy and focus on strategy of diversifying in medium-and-long-term.With a view to provide guidance and reference of significance for HuaShen Company who establishes long-term competitive advantage and further healthy development.
