摘要
随着我国企业从传统经验管理模式向现代企业制度管理模式的不断进步，企业对管理创新的要求也不断增强；各种管理模式和方法的应用在企业内部掀起了热潮。本文主要对电子企业目标管理的探讨理论进行了概述，并结合绩效考核与目标管理的关系，提出绩效考核体系的构建从而促进企业目标管理。

Abstract
Along with our country enterprise according to the experience of the traditional management mode to the progress of the modern enterprise system and management mode, enterprise of innovation management requirements are also growing; application of various kinds of management modes and methods in the enterprise internal raised the upsurge. This paper mainly discusses the theory of target management of electronic business, and combined with the relationship between performance appraisal and target management, and puts forward the construction of performance appraisal system to promote enterprise management.
