摘要：知识是企业的重要战略资源，越来越多的网络企业开始关心自身的知识累积与更新，以适应时代瞬息万变的步伐。因此，研究知识共享的应用，对企业来说很有价值。通过对知识共享的方式和模式的研究，以及现阶段知识共享所遇到的障碍进行分析。提出了一些网络企业实行知识共享时的一些方法。

Abstract：Knowledge is the important strategic resources, enterprises more and more network enterprise concerned about their own knowledge accumulation and update, to adapt to the pace of changing times.
