摘 要：分类组织是管理政府信息资源的一个有效手段，有效的分类组织能够促使政府信息资源的价值得到最大程度的发挥。基于本体的分类组织方法的实现，有助于政府信息资源效用的提高，对促进政府信息资源整合、信息公开效率最大化、检索效率的提高等都有积极的作用。基于本体的政府信息资源分类组织研究方法研究,一方面，丰富了领域本体的理论知识，完善了政府信息资源领域本体的理论，另一方面，作为一种综合的政府信息资源分类组织模式，丰富了政府信息资源分类组织方法。相信，随着领域本体专家的不断实践和努力，本体构建工具和方法等相关理论一定会更加完善，将进一步促进基于本体的分类组织方法的实现。

ONTOLOGY_BASED CLASSIFACATION OF GOVERNMENT INFORMATION RESOURCES RESEARCH ORGANIZATION
