摘 要
中国是一个农业大国,农业产值是国家经济的重要组成部分。但是,农产品产量过高导致农产品过剩,生产和销售不能同步,中国的农业发展受到严重阻碍。随着当前信息技术的进步,电子商务已经开始广泛的应用到各行各业中,占据了人们生活的一大部分。于是人们开始转变思想,把电子商务和农产品结合起来,有效的解决了农产品滞销的问题,加快了农产品的流通。徐州市生态环境良好,农产品丰富多样,从2015年起,政府每年投资近500万用于支持农产品电子商务的建设发展,但是徐州的农产品电商的发展规模依然很不理想,在电子商务平台的建立和完善还存在许多的制约因素。
本文通过对徐州的农产品电商平台进行调查分析,采用调查问卷的形式深入了解徐州地区农产品电商销售模式以及相应平台的建设情况,找出徐州地区在建设农产品电子商务平台中存在的不足,并根据调查结果分析提出一些建设方案,更有效的将电子商务平台和农产品销售相结合,扩大徐州地区的消费市场,推动徐州地区农业的发展。
论文第一章主要介绍了研究背景、研究目的和意义、研究的内容和研究方法。第二章基本介绍了徐州的农产品发展情况、农产品电子商务的发展趋势,以及建设平台的需求分析,为下一步工作做准备。第三章分析了徐州农产品电子商务平台发展影响因素,主要从应用水平、平台的产品展示和信息更新、安全性进行分析,然后进行问卷的设计、发放、回收,并对调查结果进行分析。第四章基于第三章的分析结果,提出建设徐州农产品电商平台需要注意的问题以及建设方案。

ABSTRACT
Chinese is a large agricultural country, agricultural production is an important component of the national economy. agricultural output caused by high surplus of agricultural products, production and sales are not synchronized, the agricultural development China is severely hindered. Along with the progress of information technology, electronic commerce has been widely applied to all walks of life in the beginning, occupies a large part of people life. So people begin to change the thought, the electronic commerce and the agricultural products combine to effectively solve the problem of poor sales of agricultural products, speed up the circulation of agricultural products. The ecological environment of Xuzhou city is good, rich and varied agricultural products,since 2015 , the government invested nearly 5 million for the year Support the construction and development of e-commerce of agricultural products, but the scale of agricultural electricity supplier development in Xuzhou is still very unsatisfactory, and there are still many constraints in the establishment and improvement of e-commerce platform.
In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of agricultural products business platform in Xuzhou, using the questionnaire form deep understanding of the electricity supplier sales model in Xuzhou agricultural products as well as the construction of the corresponding platform, found out the problems existed in Xuzhou in the construction of agricultural products e-commerce platform, according to the results of the survey and analysis of some construction scheme, the more effective the electronic business platform and sales of agricultural products combined with the expansion of Xuzhou's consumer market, promote the development of agriculture in Xuzhou area.
The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and meaning, content and method of the research. The second chapter introduces the basic situation of the development of agricultural products in Xuzhou, the development trend of e-commerce of agricultural products, demand analysis and construction of the platform, to prepare for the next step. The third chapter analyzes the factors of the development of electronic commerce the platform of Xuzhou agricultural products, mainly from the application level, platform products and information updating, security analysis, and questionnaire design, distribution, recycling, and the results were analyzed. The fourth chapter based on the analysis results of the third chapter, put forward the need to pay attention to the construction of Xuzhou agricultural products business platform Problems and construction proposals.
