摘要
在现实的经济贸易中,电子商务占有着极为重要的地位。但在发展的过程中仍不可避免的出现了许多棘手的问题,这些问题如若不能得到妥善的处置,最终不仅会对中国的电子商务也会对社会的发展造成极大的影响。
本文着手于眼下关注度极高的第三方电子商务平台中存在的诚信缺失现象。在当今的网购热潮背后,第三方电子商务平台却存在着诸多问题,其中诚信缺失现象尤为严重。为了彻底了解清楚第三方电子商务平台的诚信缺失现象也是本次论文的主要研究目的。
首先文章先介绍了当前课题的研究背景为诚信缺失现象的研究提供了理论基础。再者通过搜集资料罗列出了当下第三方电子商务平台诚信缺失的具体状况,为研究提供了一个详尽的资料。接着通过设计与发放调查问卷,找出诚信缺失现象发生的原因。当然该现象的发生并不只有个别因素,但是若要最有效率的解决问题就必须找出其中的关键因素。在查明关键因素以及理清各因素之间的关系后,这就可以更加清晰地找出对策。最后,根据不同因素提出相配套的方案措施。文章提出的解决方案可以有效的解决第三方电子商务平台的诚信缺失现象,也在正面促进中国电子商务的健康发展。

On the Lack of Credit Problems and Countermeasures of the Third Party E-commerce Platform
ABSTRACT
In the real business activities, e-commerce plays an extremely important role. But still in the process of the development of the inevitable appeared many problems, these problems if not properly disposed of, in the end will not only for China's e-commerce will cause great influence to the development of the society.
This paper focuses on the third-party e-commerce platform with high attention at present existence phenomenon of lack of credibility. In the current online shopping craze behind, there are many problems in the third party e-commerce platform, which is particularly serious lack of integrity. In order to thoroughly understand the third party e-commerce platform phenomenon of lack of trust is also the main research purpose of this paper.
The article first introduces the research background provides a theoretical basis for study of the phenomenon of discredit. Moreover by collecting data lists the third-party e-commerce platform the manifestation of lack of good faith, for our study provides a concrete analysis. Then through the design and the questionnaires, find out the reason of the lack of good faith phenomenon. , of course, the occurrence of these phenomena is not only the individual factors, but if you want to the most efficient to solve the problem you have to find out the key factors. In identifying key factors, and clarify the relationship between the various factors, it can let us more clearly find out the countermeasures. Finally, put forward the corresponding solutions according to different factors. Article puts forward the solution can solve effectively the third-party e-commerce platform phenomenon of lack of credibility, are also positive to promote the healthy development of the third-party e-commerce platform.
