摘要
讯问工作是讯问人员与犯罪嫌疑人面对面进行的侦查活动，具有直接对抗性。讯问过程中，犯罪嫌疑人通常会使用反讯问手法阻碍讯问工作，妨碍查明案件事实，甚至导致讯问工作陷入僵局。反讯问手法的表现形式主要有切断言语信息交流渠道、传递虚假信息、传递部分信息和公然采取暴力动作进行抵抗。讯问人员要熟悉各种反讯问手法，以掌握的案件事实和有力证据为基础，利用犯罪嫌疑人反讯问供述中的矛盾和弱点，采取适当的对策，迫使犯罪嫌疑人如实供述其罪行。为此，本文从反讯问犯罪嫌疑人的基本心理开始分析，概括总结了反讯问中犯罪嫌疑人在讯问过程中的几种基本心里，以及犯罪嫌疑人对抗讯问的原因及危害。其次，分析了犯罪嫌疑人的几种反讯问手段及其心理弱点，最后，在对一些文献资料的借鉴和总结的基础上，结合自身在实习中的经历，对犯罪嫌疑人的反讯问对策进行了较为详细的阐述。

ABSTRAC
Title: Research on the Anti interrogation tactics and Countermeasures of crime suspects
Interrogation is the interrogator and the criminal suspect face detection face, with a direct confrontation. During the interrogation, the suspect will usually use anti interrogation methods hinder the interrogation work, prevent to ascertain the facts, and even lead to interrogation work come to a deadlock. Form of counter interrogation methods mainly cut speech information communication channels, transfer of false information, transfer part information and openly take violent action against. Interrogation personnel should be familiar with all kinds of anti interrogation methods, with the facts of the case and evidence to grasp as the foundation, the criminal suspects against interrogation confessions in the contradictions and weaknesses, to take appropriate countermeasures, forcing the suspect confess their crimes. Therefore, this paper starts from analyzing the basic psychological anti interrogating a criminal suspect,summarizes several basic heart suspect anti interrogation in the interrogation process, cause and harm and criminal suspects against interrogation. Secondly, analyzes several anti interrogation of suspects and means of psychological weakness, finally, based on some literature reference and summary, in light of its own practice experience,anti interrogation Countermeasures of criminal suspects in detail.
