【摘 要】目的：观察用中西医结合的方法,观察40例带状疱疹的患者的临床疗效。方法：对照组20例，给予营养神经（维生素B12+甲钴胺）、调节免疫（复方甘草酸酐）、抗病毒（伐昔洛韦）、止痛（加巴喷丁胺+威伐光）的综合治疗。观察组20例，则在对照组的基础上给予内服中药（按中医辨论治给予不同方药）、外涂（玉露膏、紫草软膏）、针灸治疗（皮损部围针、浅刺三棱针点刺、阿是穴艾灸、穴位注射维生素B12）。结果：观察组总有效率100%，对照组85%，A组和B组差异较大，有意义（P<0.01）。疾病病程、结痂时间、皮损消退时间、止疼时间观察组均短于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：使用中西医治疗的方法，可见带状疱疹疗效好，治愈率高，起效快，值得推崇。

Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the method of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, clinical observation of 40 cases of herpes zoster patients.
