摘要:
分离焦虑是学前儿童情绪障碍中比较普遍的一种心理现象,也是小班幼儿新入园比较常见的问题之一。每年九月是幼儿园的开学季,是适龄孩子与亲人和家庭分离融入到幼儿园学习集体生活,锻炼人际交往的地方,是其迈向社会化历程的关键一步。幼儿从熟悉的环境和亲人的呵护中离开,从而接触陌生的环境和不熟悉的人群。这是幼儿未曾体验过的感受,更是幼儿面临长时间与亲人分离而带来的痛苦。幼儿在新入园时产生的哭闹、独自游戏、不愿意上幼儿园、乱跑等问题时,没有得到有效的缓解,导致分离焦虑的时间延长,就会对幼儿的身心健康发展有不良的影响。因此,缓解新入园幼儿分离焦虑是当前幼儿教师与家长必须重视的问题。对新入园幼儿出现分离焦虑的问题分析其产生的原因及影响因素,从家长角度和教师角度分别提出针对性的对策,实施家园合作,保障教育方式的同步性,同心协力促进幼儿的全面发展,采取积极、实用、有效的方式帮助幼儿顺利渡过这段“痛苦期”,在幼儿教育中极其重要。

Abstract:
Separation anxiety is common in preschool children's emotional disorders a psychological phenomenon,is also a small children's new in one of the more common problems.Every September is the back-to-school kindergarten,Is the school-age children and relatives and family separation into the kindergarten collective life,exercise interpersonal place, is the key step towards socialization process.Children from the familiar environment and family care leave,To contact with unfamiliar environment and unfamiliar people.This is the feeling of the children have not experienced,even young children face the pain of separated from loved ones and for a long time.The crying of young children in the new garden,play alone,don't want to go to kindergarten ,the problems such as running,Don't get effective relief, lead to extend the time of separation anxiety,Would have had a bad effect on children's physical and mental health development.As a result,ease of new kindergarten separation anxiety is the current preschool teachers and parents must pay attention to the problem.For the new children in the park separation anxiety problems analysis the reasons and influencing factors,from the perspective of parents and teachers put forward corresponding countermeasures,Implementation of home cooperation, security education method of synchronicity,work together to promote the all-round development of children,Take a positive practical and effective way to help children through this period of "period",In the early childhood education is extremely important.
