摘  要
我国现行的义务制教育中主要包括两个阶段，即小学和初中教育。学前教育并未被纳入其中，政府的缺失给民办幼儿园提供了难得的发展机遇，可以说，在当前阶段，民办幼儿园是学前教育主要的推动者和支撑者。以此为基础，为了提升教育行业的整体质量，我们需要重视民办幼儿园教师队伍的建设和完善。为此，我使用了问卷调查、访谈等方法研究花溪民办幼儿园教师的素质，民办幼儿园教师的素质、能力和态度三个维度知识的质量为研究重点，针对存在的问题，提出了一些改进建议相应的，希望能为花溪区阳光私立幼儿园教师素质结构的优化有点帮助。

Abstract

National education development of the industry statistics show that now the private kindergarten has slowly become a major force in the development of pre-school education, private kindergarten teachers in the building of the contingent of teachers absolutely can not be ignored, teacher quality level directly affects the quality of preschool education industry. Therefore, I use the method of questionnaire and conversation with the Tongnan private preschool teachers' quality is researched, with three dimensions of private kindergarten teachers' knowledge, ability and quality, quality attitude is the focus of the research. In view of the existing problems, put forward corresponding to some suggestions of improvement, hoping to provide a little help to optimize the Tongnan area private kindergarten teachers quality structure.
