摘要:幼儿园是幼儿学习生活的主要场所，幼儿自身对于危险的辨别、规避和应对能力不足，幼儿园的安全工作成为了幼儿安全的依靠。幼儿园安全问题是近年来社会大众普遍关注的一个问题，但是触目惊心的幼儿园安全事故还是屡见不鲜。有的幼儿园订了不少规章制度，但安全制度制定尚有缺失，或制度不具体、或操作性不强，有的有制度，但执行不严格，不能落实到人；有的幼儿园领导重教学管理轻安全管理，思想不重视安全工作，麻痹大意，存在侥幸心理；有的幼儿园安全管理中，防范检查监督不力，不能及时发现各种安全隐患，也没有及时对隐患进行整改，这就使一些本可以避免的安全事故突然发生。这无疑敲响了对幼儿园安全管理的警钟。研究通过幼儿园安全的现状的分析剖析了幼儿园现存的一部分问题，并提出了一些针对性的建议。希望通过研究能警醒幼儿园的安全问题并能为幼儿园安全管理尽一点绵薄之力。

The research of kindergarten's safety management situation and strategy
Abstract:Kindergarten is the main place in children's learning life. Children who are lacking the ability to identify, avoid and respond danger, and the children's safety depends on safety work of kindergarten. Kindergarten safety is an common issue for public in recent years, but kindergarten safety accidents are still happen. Some kindergarten booked a lot of rules and regulations , but security system is undeveloped and not specific, In addition , interoperability is not strong ,and enforcement is not strict which can't fulfill the needs of people. Besides, some kindergarten leadership teaching management and security management, do not take the safety work, paralysis, fluky psychology; Some kindergartens are not only lack of inspection but also the supervision is inefficiency .Then some kindergartens cannot found various security hidden danger in time in the safety management ,and do not correct to the hidden dangers in time, which makes some danger which could avoid happen suddenly. It certainly sounded the alarm for the kindergarten safety management. Study analysis of the kindergarten part of the existing problems through the analysis of the status quo of the kindergarten safety, and puts forward some pertinent Suggestions. Hope that through research can alert the kindergarten safety problems and can make some contribution to solve the kindergarten safety problem. [资料来源：Doc163.com]
