摘 要
近年来,预制装配技术是当今桥梁工程的主要发展趋势,过去的20年间,预制装配技术逐渐受到欧美等国的重视,在桥梁建设中的应用已比较广泛。而我国,预制装配技术主要应用在上部结构,下部结构的实际应用相对比较落后。由于预制拼装技术有施工速度快、交通干扰小、环境影响小、构件质量高等优点。目前该技术逐渐得到推广和发展。我国桥梁建设发展迅速,在桥梁的下部结构中,预制拼装桥墩技术的发展和应用对我国桥梁建设水平的提高具有重要的意义。目前研究预制装配桥墩结构性能的理论分析方法有解析方法、纤维模型分析方法和实体有限元分析等,其中采用实体有限元方法的研究相对较少。本文拟采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立预制拼装桥墩实体有限元模型,对预制拼装桥墩的结构性能进行研究。本文的主要研究内容:建立预制拼装桥墩与盖梁实体有限元模型,然后对预制拼装桥墩模型施加水平地震荷载,进而研究在水平地震荷载的作用下预制拼装桥墩的受力性能,分析并得出结论。

Abstract
In recent years,the prefabricated assembly technology is the main development trend of bridge engineering. Over the past 20 years,the prefabricated assembly technology has been paid more and more attention by customers in Europe and America,and has been widely used in bridge construction.But In China, theprefabricated assembly technology is mainly used in the superstructure, the practical application of substructure is relatively backward. As the prefabricated assembly technology has the advantages of fast construction speed, small traffic disturbance, small environmental impact and high quality components.At present, the technology has been gradually promoted and developed. China's bridge construction is developing rapidly. In the substructure of the bridge, the development and application of the prefabricated bridge pier technology are of great significance to the improvement of bridge construction level in China.At present, the theoretical analysis methods of the performance of prefabricated piers are analyzed by analytical method, fiber model analysis method and physical finite element analysis. Among them, the finite element method is relatively few.In this paper, we use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the finite element model of the prefabricated pier and study the structural performance of the prefabricated bridge pier.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the finite element model of the prefabricated bridge pier and the cover beam is established, and then the horizontal seismic load is applied to the prefabricated bridge pier model, and then the mechanical performance of the prefabricated bridge pier and the cover beam under the action of seismic force is studied,Analysis and conclusions.
