沈阳某四层框架结构综合楼毕业设计
摘 要
本建筑为四层框架结构综合楼,该综合楼位于东陵区,占地面积655m2,总建筑面积2620m2,整体高度为16.5m 。女儿墙为1.2m高,室内外高差为0.45m。一层层高4.2m,二层和三层3.6m,四层3.9m。有两部疏散楼梯,一部为外挂疏散楼梯,楼内每层均为娱乐休闲功能。
该工程抗震设防烈度为7度,抗震等级为3级,该结构采用框架结构,整个框架采用现浇式框架,主梁高度取柱距的1/12,尺寸为250x600mm2和350x900mm2;次梁高度取主梁的1/14,尺寸为250x600mm板厚度取次梁的1/35,厚度为120mm;柱截面为500x500mm2梁柱均采用C30混凝土,板采用C20混凝土。墙体采用粉煤灰砖,外墙370mm,内墙190mm,屋面为不上人屋面,基础采用柱下独立基础。
建筑物外部装修大部分采用墙面贴乳白色外墙砖,室内地面采用大理石贴面。窗采用铝合金条形窗,室内门采用木制门,大门采用旋转门。
在计算过程中,应用了PKPM软件进行结构内力计算及配筋,板采用双向板计算,楼梯为现浇板式楼梯。

Abstract
This building for synthesizing is four layer frame structures, the building is to locate the east Ling District, covering the area of 655 m2, the total building area is2620m2, the whole height is 16.5 m. The parapet is high for 1.2 m.One built-up hight is 4.2 m, two layers and three layers is 3.6 m, four layers is 3.9 m.There are two evacuation stairses, one is hanging to disperse the stairs outside, each layer inside the building all for amuse the recreational function. The engineering's anti- earthquake establishes to defend the earthquake intensity as 7 degrees, the anti- earthquake grade is 3 classes, that structure adoption the frame structure, the whole frame adoption now the sprinkle type frame, the main beam takes the pillar to be apart from highly of 1/12, size for 250 x600mm and 350 x900mm; a beam takes the main beam highly of 1/14, the size takes a beam for the 250 x600mm plank thickness of 1/35, thickness for 120 mm; the pillar cuts to face for the 500 x500mm beam to all adopt the concrete of C30, plank adoption C20 concrete.The wall body adoption powder ash from stove brick, the outside wall 370 mm, inside the wall 190 mm, the house face for not last person's house face, the foundation adoption pillar next independent foundation.
