摘要：我国农村发展正渐渐告别传统的发展模式，日益壮大和集中的农村给当地的自然资源带和自然环境的自我更新来巨大的压力，还给农村经济的进一步发展带来瓶颈。针对这一问题，以可持续发展理论为指导，可以从农村房屋建筑合理布局上来探究解决方法。为此，通过把握好农村房屋建筑合理布局的“合法性原则、促进新农村健康发展的原则、服务三农的原则、功能分区布局原则、可持续发展的原则和引导性原则”，并采取“引导转变思想、政策支持新农村布局、分散居住、加速城乡一体化进程与放慢城市化速度、功能分区布局、建立农村用地长期规划和建立健全宅基地的审批与登记制度”等方法，对农村房屋建筑进行合理布局，可以缓解我国农村发展的瓶颈问题，促使我国新农村朝着健康和谐快速稳定的方向发展。

Rational Distribution of Housing Construction in Rural Areas in New Times
Abstract: Rural development is gradually leaving the traditional model. Growing and concentrated rural areas not only bring much pressure to local natural resources and self-renewal of environment,but also give the rural economy a bottleneck. As to this problem,what should be taken to solve it is that rational distribution of housing construction in rural areas should be guided by theories of sustainable development. In order to distribute rural architectures ationally and lawfully , some principles and approaches should be put into practice, such as functional division, establishment of rural land and so on. Then the bottleneck problem of rural development can be alleviated. Rural developing will be stable and healthy.
