摘要：屋面防水工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分，防水工程质量的好坏，直接影响着建筑物和构筑物的使用寿命，影响着人们正常的生活秩序。《建筑工程质量管理条例》规定屋面防水工程保修期为5年，可见屋面工程质量是民用房屋建筑中一个重要的部位。其主要作用就是满足用户对房屋排水、防水、隔热、保温的要求。屋面不能有渗漏和积水现象，同时做完屋面后还应使屋面具有美化的功能。屋面施工质量的好坏、优劣关系到建筑物的使用寿命。假使屋面发生漏水、渗水，会给人们生活带来很多不便，不但造成经济上的严重损失，而且直接影响人民的正常生活。所以保证屋面工程质量，设计是前提，材料是基础，施工是关键，维修管理是保证。只有严把材料关，精心设计，精心施工，才能保证屋面工程质量，才能给用户营造一个良好的生活或工作环境。

Abstract：Roof waterproofing works is an important part of construction, waterproof engineering quality is good or bad, a direct impact on the life of buildings and structures, affecting people's normal life order.
