摘    要
目的
科技水平、医疗水平及治疗方法的进步随着时代的脚步而与时俱进，其疾病的发病率和死亡率理应有所下降，但相反地身体的疾病的发病率和死亡率却如日积月累般不减反增，其现象实应令当代人有所景惕与省思。
胸痹心痛(冠心病)目前已成为现代文明病之一，因生活水平的进步，饮食、生活型态、后天环境等因素影响下，不单单老人易罹患此病，罹患者年龄有趋于年轻化的现象，尤其在经致化饮食环境，饮食偏于甘肥厚腻，而食物加工品中所充斥的化学添加物，以及生活型态的改变，体力劳动的减少(缺乏运动)，导致胸痹心痛(冠心病)成为普遍、常见疾病。
从而若无法改变后天环境这等时代的危险因素对心病的影响，那么就仅能对已确诊为心病患者进行亡羊补牢试图增加心病患者的存活率─如何得以使罹患心病者康复便成为一门日趋重要的医疗课题。
因此，如何得以使罹患心疾者康复亦是本论文之重要课题。
方法
针对中医心病相关的康复理论及其文献进行数据上的搜寻，并另以近代中西医学、现代药理学与养生学相关的期刊论文及书籍，作为现代中医学心病康复理论之验证数据，最后将所得到的数据加以整理、分析、论述。 [资料来源：Doc163.com]
本研究采用计算机检索和手工查阅相结合的方法。计算机检索方法是从中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)所收录期刊论文、研究报告以及其他网络资源(GOOGLE、YAHOO)等相关文献数据以搜寻检索式(关键词词)─康复、心病、心病康复、中医康复、胸痹心痛、冠心病、动脉硬化、自疗康复、养生康复、自然医学等相关字眼，藉以收集资料；手工查阅方法主针对重要相关性专书等研究书籍史料进行书面查询。
成果
本研究搜集查阅相关医书文献，整理探讨资料，论文内容述及胸痹心痛症，及对胸痹心痛(冠心病)患者有益食材一一列出详述，并提出一套简易地心病自疗康复实践的方法策略，方便患者应用实践。
结论
本研究为提升罹患心疾者的全面健康水平和生存质量，查阅中西医学心病康复相关文献及近代养生、自然疗法医书，探讨出一套对于现代胸痹心痛(冠心病)患者而言较为理想的康复知识，并围绕着中医理论传承下来的观点作康复实践，使其中医康复理论更融于患者生活乃至于养成习惯，从而在胸痹心痛(冠心病)康复之路上发辉最大效应。
