苯噻酰草胺吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂对四种非靶标生物毒性及安全性评价
摘 要:本实验测定了0.43%苯噻酰草胺•吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂(GS)对4种代表性的非靶标生物蜜蜂、鹌鹑、斑马鱼、家蚕的急性毒性,并进行安全性评价。试验结果表明,0.43%苯噻酰草胺•吡嘧磺隆GS对蜜蜂经口毒性LC50 (48 h)为1.74 mg/L,对鹌鹑毒性LD50 (168 h)为13.67 mg/kg,对斑马鱼毒性LC50 (96 h)为2.39 mg/L,对家蚕毒性LC50 (96 h) > 630.03 mg/L。该农药对鹌鹑毒性为高毒级,对蜜蜂、斑马鱼毒性均为中毒级,对家蚕毒性为低毒级。此项工作为0.43%苯噻酰草胺•吡嘧磺隆GS的合理使用提供了科学依据。

Toxicity and Safety Evaluation of 0.43% Mefenacet + Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl GS on Four Types of Non-target Organism
Abstract: The acute toxicities of four representative non-target organisms: bee, partridge, zebra fish and silkworm, caused by 0.43% mefenacet + pyrazosulfuron-ethyl GS were evaluated. The result of the experiment showed that the stomach toxicity caused by 0.43% mefenacet + pyrazosulfuron-ethyl GS for bee LC50 (48 h): 1.74 mg/L, for partridge LD50 (168 h): 13.67 mg/kg, for zebra fish LC50 (96 h): 2.39 mg/L, for silkworm LC50 (96 h) > 630.03 mg/L. The pesticide was high-poisoning for pratridge, middle-poisoning for bee, zebra fish and low-poisoning for silkworm. This investigation provided scientific evidence for seasonable using 0.43% mefenacet + pyrazosulfuron-ethyl GS. [来源:http://www.doc163.com]
