长沙地区宠物犬螨虫的调查研究(7100字)
摘 要：为了解长沙地区宠物犬螨虫病分布情况及流行特点并为进一步防治此病提供科学依据，从而降低螨虫带来的危害。于2010年4月—2011年4月在长沙地区6个宠物医院对就诊的患皮肤病犬感染螨虫的情况进行了初步调查。结果表明春秋两季犬螨虫感染率高，多集中在一岁龄以下，其中贵宾﹑金毛巡回犬﹑哈士奇患病最多。蠕形螨对宠物犬感染率在各类螨虫病中相对较高，感染率为64.8%（79/122）。螨虫感染犬只随着气温的升高感染率有所升高，不同犬种对螨病的易感性有差异，雄性犬只患病率几乎占雌性的2倍。治疗实验表明宠物医院自制中药洗剂配合伊维菌素和抗过敏药物联合使用治疗可达到理想效果。同时加强饲养管理，做好预防工作也十分重要。

Investigation of acarids on petdog in Changsha area
Abstract: This deperiment was designed to study the acarids’ distribution on petdog in Changshang area﹑prevail characters and make a further prevention and cure suggestion for the sake of reducing the damage from acarids.Making a primary investigation to the infecting of petdogs from April,2010 to April,2011 in six Pet Hospitals of ChangSha area.The result showed that:the infection rate of acarids reaches the highest at summer season,dogs under 1 year are more easily infected,from which,Poodle, GoldenRetriever,Arctichusky are listed the top three. The rdsults indicated that: the infection of demodicid mite is higher than others’and the percentage up to 64.8%.The infection rate rise following the temperature,the infections rate of different kind are differ.Apart from that,the infection rate of male is twice as many as female.The treat experiment indicate that associating traditional Chinese medicine and ivermectin with antianaphylaxis medicine could achieve perfect effect.At the same time,it is also necessary to enhance breeding management and ensure precaution in daily life.
