猪源藤黄微球菌鉴定和耐药性测定

猪源藤黄微球菌鉴定和耐药性测定(5900字)
摘  要: 测定对猪藤黄微球菌的耐药情况。对病猪分离到的4株球菌的形态特点和生化特点进行测定，断定它们是藤黄微球菌。纸片法研测定耐药性。药敏结果为：4株细菌对苯唑青霉素、羧卞青霉素、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、氨卞青霉素、杆菌肽、红霉素敏感、丁胺卡那霉素敏感；对万古霉素、利复平、氯霉素、庆大霉素、头胞唑肟、头胞唑啉、头孢噻吩药片中敏感；对磺胺甲基异恶唑、强力霉素、复方新诺明、多粘菌素B药片低敏感；对青霉素、四环素、呋喃妥因不敏感。

The Identification and Antibiotic Resistance to Micrococcus Luteus from Swine
Abstract : Determination of the antibiotic resistence to Micrococcus luteus from swine.Based on the biological and the biochemical cloracteristics four strains were identified，they were identified to be Micrococcus luteus.After determination on resistence by paper method.the result shows that four  bacteria are highly sensitive to Oxacillin，Carbenicillin，Ciprofloxacin，Ofloxacin Norfloxacin，Ampicillin，Bacitracin，Erythromycin；mediumly sensitive to Vantizoxime，Rifampin, Chloramphenicol，Gentanmicin，Ceftizoxime，Cefazolin，Cefalothin；lowly sensitive to Compounds of amethoxazole，Doxycycline， PolymycinB；insensitive to Penicillin，Tetracycline  Nitrofurantoin.
