蚓激酶对小鼠高血脂症预防效果的研究(9900字)
摘 要:为了测试蚓激酶对高血脂的预防效果,研究其作用机理,为以后研究开发提供依据。本试验采用蚓激酶对小鼠的高血脂症进行了预防试验。试验结果表明蚓激酶有效地预防了脂肪肝的形成,预防高剂量组的小鼠与阳性高血脂对照组相比,使血清的TC(total cholesterol,总胆固醇)含量降低了46.5%,TG(Triglyceride,甘油三酯)含量降低了39.6%,LDL-C(Low density lipoprotein,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)含量降低了54.5%,并使HDL-C(High density lipoprotein,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)的含量升高47.2%。由此表明,利用蚓激酶对高血脂进行预防作用是可行的。

Preventive Effect of Lumbrokinase on Hyperlipidemia of Mouse
Abstract: In order to test the prevention effect of lumbrokinase on hyperlipidemia of mouse, researching the mechanism, providing basis for later research and development, this experiment used for lumbrokinase to prevent hyperlipidemia of mouse. Experimental results show that the lumbrokinase prevents the formation of fatty liver effectively. And the mice of prevent blood high dose group compares with positive high blood fat groups , mice’s TC (total cholesterol) reduces 46.5%, TG(triglyceride)reduces 39.6%,LDL - C (Low density lipoprotein cholesterol) reduces 54.5%, and HDL-C(High density lipoprotein cholesterol)rouse 47.2%.
