从油菜籽皮中提取原花色素的工艺研究
从油菜籽皮中提取原花色素的工艺研究(8000字)
摘 要:本文主要研究以乙醇作为提取剂从油菜籽皮中提取原花色素的新工艺,研究了料液比、乙醇体积分数、浸提温度、浸提时间4个因素对原花青素提取效果的影响。但浸提时间对提取的影响不显著,通过单因素实验确定了浸提时间为3.5h。而试验得出油菜籽皮中原花青素最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶10,乙醇体积分数60%,浸提温度70℃。最佳条件下原花青素得率为2.90%。

Research on the technology of extracting proanthocyanidins from rapeseed testa
Abstract: In this paper, The extraction of proanthocyanidins from rapeseed testa by ethanol was mainly studied. The effects on yield of proanthocyanidins of four factors such as ratio of solid to liquid, volume fraction of solvent, extraction temperature and extraction time were investigated. But extraction time is unremarkable to the result of extraction. Make sure the extraction time is 3.5 hours by the fact of single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions were determined as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶10, volume fraction of ethanol 60%,extraction temperature 70℃.
