海带干制工艺研究
海带干制工艺研究(5000字)
摘 要:本文以海带为试材,研究了海带的干制工艺,运用“健鹰牌”护绿保脆剂对新鲜海带进行干制前的护绿保脆。文章通过研究恒温干燥和变温干燥得出变温干燥70℃(0.5h)--80℃(1.5h)--60℃(0-0.5h)能得到较高复水率。

The study on the Dried kelp Technology
Abstract: In this paper, kelp is used to study the kelp drying process, the use of "health Eagle" maintaining green color and crispness of the fresh seaweed for drying agent prior to preserving green and crisp.
