VB2由异咯嗪衍生而成的一种B族维生素,它是人体细胞中促进氧化还原的重要物质之一,参与体内糖、蛋白质、脂肪的代谢,是人体必需的13种维生素之一。VB2为水溶性维生素容易消化和吸收,被排出的量随体内的需要以及蛋白质的流失程度而有所增减;它不会蓄积在体内,所以时常要以食物或营养补品来补充。VB2不仅存在于日常食品中,其在临床医疗、饲料加工、 食品工业等领域均有重要价值。医学上应用VB2制剂治疗VB2缺乏症。
本文通过研究一种直接从发酵液中提取核黄素的方法,将核黄素发酵液经过调碱、多级连续膜过滤洗涤除杂、稳定化处理、结晶、膜分离浓缩晶体等步骤直接得到含量高于98%的核黄素产品,其中膜分离浓缩晶体步骤的渗透液进膜回收步骤,采用纳滤膜回收渗透液中的溶解性核黄素,渗透出水经深度处理回用或达标排放,整个工艺的产品收率高于95%,产品纯度达到国家标准要求,符合大规模工业化生产的要求。

Abstract
VB2 is a member of the B-vitamin family derived from isoalloxazine. It is one of important materials in human cells promoting oxidoreduction, and also one of 13 kinds of essential vitamins for human involving in vivo metabolisms of sugar, protein and fat.VB2 is a water-soluble vitamin easy to be digested and absorbed. The amount of discharge is increased or decreased with the body needs and the degree of loss of proteins. Since it cannot be accumulated in the body, foods or nutritional supplements are often required. VB2 is not only present in daily foods, but also plays important roles in clinical care, feed processing, food industry and other fields. VB2 preparation is medically applied for treatment of VB2 deficiency.
This study intends to investigate a method for directly extracting the riboflavin from the fermentation broth and directly obtain more than 98% riboflavin products through the following steps: neutralization of fermentation broth, multi-stage continuous membrane filtration, washing and impurity elimination, stabilizing treatment, crystallization, and crystal concentration by membrane separation. The soluble riboflavin in the penetration liquid is recycled by using the nanofiltration membrane in recycling the penetration liquid entering the membrane in the step of crystal concentration by membrane separation. The outlet water by permeation is recycled or discharged after advanced treatment. The product yield of the overall process is more than 95%; the product purity meets the requirements of national standards and large-scale industrialized production.
