摘要
随着能源资源的不断开发利用,生物柴油作为石化柴油的替代品被人们所重关注,其环保节能性、可生物降解、生产绿色及所带来的高社会经济效益是受到关注的主要原因。本文就C/Si固体催化剂的制备以及其在油酸甲酯的合成中催化工艺进行研究,通过淀粉碳化活化为载体,磺化后制成C/Si固体活性催化剂,然后探究了五个不同的变量对催化效果的影响,实验结果表明:在反应温度t=140℃,进样中醇酸摩尔比=10:1,所加催化剂与酸的质量比=1:50,恒温反应4 h的条件下,主要产物油酸甲酯的产率为86.97%,并且对C/Si固体催化剂的重复使用性进行了考察,重复使五次,C/Si催化剂的活性基本维持不变。此外,本文还对所制备的C/Si固体催化剂进行了表征分析,对表征数据同催化剂的催化性能之间的关系有一定程度的体现。

Preparation of C/Si Catalyst and Its Application in Esterification
ABSTRACT
With the continuous deepening of the concept of environmental protection society,As an alternative fuel, biodiesel has become more and more attractive recently because of its environmental friendly, the green production, and the high social and economic benefits . In this paper, the preparation of C/Si solid catalyst and its catalytic effect in the synthesis of methyl oleate were explored and discussed. After the starch carbonization was activated as the carrier, the C/Si solid active catalyst was made after sulfonation, and then The effect of five different variables on the catalytic effect was found to be achievable with a conversion rate of 93.41% at a temperature of 140°C, an alcohol to acid molar ratio of 10:1, a catalyst acid mass ratio of 1:50, a constant temperature reaction of 4 hours. Methyl oleate, and the reuse of the C/Si solid catalyst was verified. Within four reuses, the catalytic activity of C/Si catalyst for the catalytic esterification of methyl oleate after 4 times was almostly unchanged. In addition, the characterization and analysis of the prepared C/Si solid catalyst were also carried out in this paper, and the relationship between the characterization data and the catalytic performance of the catalyst was reflected to some extent.
