摘 要:为了全面准确地分析苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田水和土壤中施用后的残留降解行为,借助液相色谱分析技术,通过添加回收率实验,建立了苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田水和土壤中的残留分析与检测方法,结果表明苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺的添加回收率和相对标准偏差均在农药残留试验准则允许的范围内,这说明所选定的方法符合农药残留量分析与检测的技术要求。同时,通过田间试验研究了苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田谁和土壤中的消解动态,结果表明苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺施用于水稻上后,苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田水、稻田土壤中的消解均较快,这说明苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺属易降解农药。不过,苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在稻田水和水稻植株中的消解比在稻田土壤中的消解要稍快一些。

RESEARCH ON DISSOLUTION BEHAVIOR OF BENSULFURON-METHYL AND MEFENACET IN WATER AND SOIL
Abstract:In order for comprehensive accurate analysis of degradation behavior of after effects of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in paddy water and soil,with Liquid Chromatography Analysis Technology, by Add Recovery Experiment , established the residues analysis and detection method of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in paddy water and soil, the results indicates that Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet of Add Recovery and Relative Standard Deviation are in the allowed range within Pesticide Residues Test Criteria which illustrate the selected method meet the pesticide residues volume analysis and detection of technology requirements. Meanwhile, the field test research has revealed digestion dynamic of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in paddy and soil. Results indicate that when Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet applied to rice, Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet are in the rapid digestion while in paddy water and paddy soil. which indicate that Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet are easy-degradated pesticides. However, the Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in water and rice plant digestion are slightly faster than the digestion in paddy soil.
