摘 要
本设计是对罩盒零件塑料模具设计，设计中采用一模四腔，生产效率高，符合当代经济高效率的发展趋势。
    本设计共分章，分别对设计题目的来源、设计意义、零件工艺性分析、工艺方案的确定、模具结构及成型设备的选择、工艺计算、模具结构设计及校核、加工工艺等几方面进行了阐述。
    本设计在设计过程中得到了翟德梅、杨占尧、原红玲等几位指导老师的大力支持和帮助，再此表示诚挚的感谢，由于编者水平有限，收集资料困难，如果有不尽人意的地方，恳请读者不吝赐教，提出改进意见。

Abstract
This design topic is design for Cover box of the Plastics mold. Adoption fore die for a mold, Produce the efficiency is very high,it is match development trend of the Contemporary High-efficiency Economy.

This design topic have Seven Chapter, it is Expatiate the Source of this design Topic、meaning of design、Craft analysis of Spare parts、Certain of Craft Project、molding tool construction and model the choice of the equipments、Craft calculation、molding tool construction design and Examination、Process the craft...etc.
This designed to get in design process the virtuous plum,zai de mei, yang zhan yao,yuan hong ling...etc. A few leadings the teacher supports strongly with help, again this mean the sincere with gratitude, is limited because of the editor level, collecting data difficulty, if have not to the utmost the place of person's idea, plead the reader the not stingy advising, put forward to improve the opinion.

设计目的及意义
     本设计题目为普通零件罩盒，但对做毕业设计的毕业生有一定的设计意义，它概括了盒盖塑料零件的设计要求、内容及方向。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了设计者注塑模设计的基础，为设计更复杂的注塑模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
